I'm also seriously interested in these matresses...but it seems that the people who own them have only had them for a few months to a year. Not enough time to gauge what kind of endurance these mattresses will provide (canoe-effect anyone?). I remember reading threads about the 'W' bed on another forum, and the reviews for the first year or so were extremely positive (although a few of those voiced anger at having impressions in the top layer within about the first week). Now you see post-after-post from those same 'early adopters' furious that they have to start looking for a new mattress again, and that their faith in the 'name' was shattered. I'm also interested to know the amount of PU foam (and other materials that break down quickly) in these mattresses which form the comfort layer. Really, I'm nervous because they're a seriously new company that has...

Hi GK Designs, I agree its one of the nicest sites out there and the ads look pretty nice. We're still waiting for the bed. But so far its been a great experience. We are excited for the mattress are very happy customer servise-wise. We will continue to update the community as it gets delivered...

We spent a lot of time looking at Mattress specs and talking with different people. In fact, we spent almost an hour talking through the bed specs with the Saatva customer service rep. Here are a few of the pages I looked at as well as the "bedding technology" page he referred me to. I agree on a couple of their pages they do spent time talking about online-only vs. stores, but I just viewed that as their intention to talk about how they are able to bring savings. Anyway I am getting the bed on Friday. I just don't want you to think I didn't do my research, we spent almost a month looking for various beds and just couldn't beat this.

It was probably the biggest selling point for us given the benefits. I've been doing a lot of research and Saatva seems to be an incredible value. The reviews I've read here and elsewhere are very positive, and I have yet to see any dual-coil beds even close the the price range Saatva charges. I'm giving them a call today with a few questions I have, but so far this seems to be the best offering I've been able to see for what I'm looking for. I figure the shipping and not having to pay tax will pretty much "net-out." I'll give an update after I call their customer service line with some questions. ...
