DIY 2 sided mattress, have coil unit, how to assemble foam layers?
| I've got a Leggett & Platt Quantum Edge Pocket Coil unit and am wondering if I can just put a layer of foam (am thinking either 2" Radium Blended Talalay 19ild, or 1" HR foam 24ild.) And put it all in a mattress cover. Will it bunch up if not glued or hog ringed to the springs? If the mattress cover fits snugly? I've waited awhile for this particular coil unit for the edge support and am looking forward to being able to use it. Thanks. |
