Bed in a Box, are they good quality beds?

I am also looking at purchasing the 13" Natural Silk Elegance or the 17" Natural Silk Adjustable? I want a firm, yet plush, soft mattress..so that i am cozy and comfortable yet have that firm base. I am just nervous about buying a bed I have never tried. |

| Ours was awesome for the first year, then got dips in the hip area causing severe pain about a month ago. 13 inch Pac Bamboo. Haven't started the warranty claim yet, but regardless, wouldn't recommend our bed. |
