I was reading one of the reviews on Costco about a novaform and the person said do NOT use mattress pad as it will prevent the foam from reacting to your body heat, so I will take it off tonite

So far this Serafina

has not been very comfortable, i have purchased and sent back several beds lately, going nuts...bad back, etc.

I am hoping when I take it off it will get a bit softer, right now too hard.

What don't you like about the Serefina?  I was looking at that one myself.

Randys.  If your problem is that you are sinking into the new bed too far a topper or mattress pad might just be the thing for you.  If you are not sinking in enough than you need another bed.  Mattdud.
