Been researching and reading and trying not repeat previous mattress mistake of $3,000 pillow top hotbox ( synthetic cover, foam comfort layers then latex) Have been trying to find an all natural bed in the hope it will breath , therefore not cook me, but i need softness as i am a side sleeper and get shoulder pain, female 75 kilo 162cm tall . I have found these mattresses by design mobel called bodyfit . I have searched the shops we dont seem to have as much choice as you do in America. Very hard to find a mattress without a pillow top, and some of the staff in the bed shops treat you like an idiot . I went into one yesterday and asked what was in the layers of a paticular mattress and she said very ( in a dont ask me anything else voice) It is made of all very High Quality Materials !! .. and that was all she was going to say ! I think she wanted her morning coffee.. I am in the exact same position as you were. Just bought a new pillowtop mattresses and I hate it because I wake up at midnight every night feeling like I'm on a hotplate. I too need it reasonably soft because I can only sleep on my side. I am considering a bodyfit one but am confused by conflicting information - some say latex is a cool sleep some say latex doesn't breathe and is hot. Did you end up buying a design mobel bodyfit mattress? Did it work for you? Did you follow the "bodyfit prescription" advice for desiding what one to get? If you bought a different mattress and it was good then please tell me about it. |
