The topic of CC Mattress brought to my mind BBB. Mind you I have found companies have found a way to clear their name off of the BBB by just wait a year then contact the customer that you will arbitrate, the customer is sick of it all so they don't respond. NAME CLEARED! Just an experience of a company that did that to me. Wouldn't do a thing to help, then a year later, okay, what can we do? HAH!

is one that scares me, I use to really like them. What is going on?
Do you own research. But I have found companies that are not registered. Now what? Buyer really beware.

Leo3, thanks for the insite.  Yes, it is buyer beware. I just bought toners on Ebay and they came in very old boxes and disintegrating foam packing and I am trying to return them. They took over one month to arrive also which is poor customer service. I will stick with the very expensive brand new toners from Hewlett Packard that I buy from Provantage since having toner that does not leak and works is important in my business. I just was lored by the price and I will not be lored again.  It is buyer beware if you are not dealing with a big company. I still say file a BBB report for those who read BBB for up to the first year but remember that many unhappy people may have not filed so just use reading about the company as another way to decide if they are good to deal with or not.
