| There is no best mattress, which is why you didn't get an answer. You should pretty much follow the advice most people here get. Look for all latex or latex over innersprings. Avoid brands that add cheap poly foams on top for comfort - the foam will break down quickly. Most of us think you should avoid the big "S" brands for that exact reason. Try to find a store selling latex mattresses and see what you like. Don't sweat too much about dunlop vs talalay, organic vs blended, etc. Latex from reputable sources will hold up well. If you can find something you like you can buy it or make your own with one of the "build your own bed" companies people here frequently use (FloBeds, SleepEz, etc). Good luck. |
