Best way to move a latex topper without tearing it?

I need to temporarily remove a 2" latex topper from a king mattress w/out tearing it.   It was easy to put it on--unpacked it right on the bed.

What's the best way to remove it w/out damaging it?    Fold it up, roll it up?   Any tips appreciated as I'll be doing it by myself

Fold it up and gently lift it.

I agree with Kimberly. I would only add a couple of thoughts.

Folded it up like you would a letter, in thirds. Fold the bottom to the middle and the top towards the bottom and you have your folded letter type configuration. Then lifted by putting your arms around it and handling it like it was a drunk person. Or someone who was unconscious. Carefully.

Exactly. The main thing is to grab it evenly and never grab just one corner and pull. I've torn a few... The good thing is, you can always glue them if you have to - there's a special spray glue for foam. Better not to have to, though.
