Can someone PLEASE help me out and give me input on these three mattress sets?  I am so confused attempting to figure out - help???

I would like a firm bed - I like the beds at the Hampton Inn :)  Anything comparable?

Thank you!!

I wouldn't buy any of them since they're all "euro tops" and no matter how expensive they may be, you'll probably find yourself sleeping in a gully rather quickly. The  foam in the tops of these mattresses is very cheap and compresses quickly. Then you either have to cut the top off and replace it with a better layer, or ditch an expensive mattress that may be just fine under the euro top and buy a new one - a monumental waste of money.

The most popular and successful (in my case) solution here is to buy a firm mattress without any extra padding the top then soften it up to your liking with some sort of topper.

The Original Mattress Factory offers good quality, 2 sided mattresses at a fairly low price without the plush or pillow tops (they have pillow tops if you want them too).  They have a very small amount of polyurethane foam but it is minimal.  They are a regional mattress manufacturer which is also gets good reviews from Consumer Reports.  I've bought a couple of latex models from them and my daughter bought a firm coil spring mattress from them that they are going to probably add a latex topper too for an inexpensive mattress.  I'm sure there are others as well.  The is also The Mattress Factory in Fort Worth, Texas which has been recommended before for good mattresses.  Search on this site or google it.  I would stay away from the "S" brand, big box or national chains.
