Comfort Source, Royal Comfort Collection, Matriarch Soft Top matress set - what's in it?

Does anyone know what innards this set has: Comfort Source from Mattress Discounters, made in 9/14/2006. "Royal Comfort Collection, Matriarch Soft Top."
