Dare I order these toppers from overstock.com?

I am looking for some foam of various kinds to play with, just to get a baseline, so to speak. I am thinking of ordering one of the ECO 2" latex toppers from Overstock.com. Does anyone have any comments on this pad, or alternatives? The description claims it is natural latex, for whatever that is worth. The other thing I am thinking of buying is their cheapest 1" memory foam topper. It's about $37, 3 lb density, and seems to cost the same for any size. I figure I could get a 1" king, and try is as a 1" and folded so it would be 2", just to get a feel for what different thicknesses sleep like. Any advice or comments?

I have one and I took it to the local mattress store and he said it was the real deal. Not 100% perfect but it seems to be what it claims. They say you tell density by how much it weighs, call em' and ask.

The problem with the overstock latex is that you don't know how firm it will be.  So, sort of a crap shoot.

I would not buy 3lb. memory foam.  I would go with atleast 4lb. and 5 lb. is probably better.   You are not going to get much support from memory foam, so ideally only about 1", 2" at most.

Better to pay for a quality piece of latex where you know the firmness.

Sandman said it for me. All of the above.
