Hi guys,

Been reading a lot about the benefits of incline sleeping- elevating the head of your bed 2-6" or so.

Have any of you done this? Ideas how to do it?

I think I've come up with a few possible options:

1.) Inclined wood foundation - this one is pretty simple. And maybe cost effective b/c at $315, it's cheaper than a lot of other box springs. IF we move towards a tempurpedic, I think it would be heavy enough that it wouldn't slide too much. Do you think the slats would be close enough together for a memory foam bed? Think it would be too hard a foundation for the mattress? Better off with actual Tempurpedic foundation or doesn't really matter?

2.) Elevated bed frame - this one actually sits over your existing frame and adjusts 2"-6".  This one does allow you to use the Tempurpedic (or whatever brand you buy) foundation with it. The king comes in two pieces so there are two center leg supports.

3.) Adjustable bed risers - this could be the cheapest option, but not sure if it would cause too much strain on the bed frame?. You'd use your existing bed frame (9 legs on king), Tempurpedic (or other matching) foundation, and you could put 3 of these under the top three legs by your head at about 3-4" and then adjust the height of 3 legs in the middle of the bed (b/t head & feet) to appropriate height to support the increase at the head. and leave the 3 legs at your feet as is.

Think any of these would work with a memory foam bed? I think we're moving closer and closer towards trying a tempurpedic.

THANK YOU!!!!!
