I can't believe I didn't listen to others warning and now I am paying the price. I bought the 5lb visco max memory foam topper from the foam factory aka foamdistributing.com for $168

My experience:

Opening it out of the package, I loved the texture. It was like a moist cake. But there were a couple small tears in the foam here and there. I didn't mind because I thought I'd keep this thing.   There was a strange plastic smell but I didn't mind that at first either. I aired it out for 2 days then put it in my parent's room on top of their mattress. They liked it at first, but two days later, both started coughing and itching. Then on the third day my dad experience muscle aches. We didn't do anything different besides getting the foam. Then i noticed that whenever I stayed in their room for an hour or more, I would get a headache. I felt that was strange because I don't mind the smille at all.

I then started to do some research linking coughing, muscle aches, etc to memory foam. And there were a lot of other people with the same problem. I don't believe it is allergic reaction because 1 piece affects multiple people.

Anyway, I contacted the seller and they said they can only take it back if it is in perfect condition and I would have to pay for shipping. But guess what? It costs $87 to ship this back. I was desperate to get rid of this thing so I agreed. I went to home depot to get their large moving box. After much effort, I was able to roll the topper and put it into the box, but not completely. I couldn't close the box so I just left the top open. Hours later I came back and the topper cracked in several places as it was sitting inside the box. It reminded me of a cracked jelly roll cake. Now they won't take it back and I'm out of $168. I feel sorry for my parents because they had to fork over over $100 as co-pay to go see the doctor about their condition.  This has been a nightmare to deal with.

So people considering buying memory foam online, reconsider. Don't do it. It will very likely happen to you too.
