foamorder.com Good experience.
My good experience with foamorder.com had nothing to do with purchasing anything from them, or using their products. It had to do with Steve. I called foamorder.com today and had a lengthy conversation with Steve, one of their employees in customer service. I was a little confused trying to use their website in order to find everything I was looking for. While it is a very good website with a lot of information, some of it can be a little difficult to find some of the time. Steve was very helpful and very informed. He never rushed me, never talk down to me, or tried to act like “He knew it all.” we must’ve talked for a lease an hour. All on my dime of course because I did not find an 800 number (they may have one, I just didn’t locate it). Which is just fine because when you’re using a cell phone it makes no difference to the cell phone co. whether it’s an 800 number or not. At least this way they had no additional charge to a phone bill. This call was very important to me because I was able to find out what the true cost of natural latex foam was. What was the best way to go about fashioning a bed, and what was the least expensive mattress that they had. They are currently running a 20% discount on several of their mattresses. I would prefer to put mine together piece by piece so that I had more flexibility. But the price for a bed that they put together for you (with your input of course) is much cheaper at the present time. I may never buy anything from foamorder.com. But I can tell you this, if I ever do it will be because of employees like Steve. I would love to hear from those who have had buying experiences with this company. Was your purchase satisfactory, and if you had a problem how did they handle it. |
