Good Morning All,

There are a lot of knowledgeable people on this board. Hopefully you all can help me.

I am on the verge of buying a Sleepez 10000. I'm 5'2" and range form 160-165 lbs. Shaun recommended firm/medium/soft. He also recommended the Blended latex. He said it is more consistent and will last longer, and doesn't have an odor. I had been thinking of a 100% soft top but now I'm thinking it'll be too squishy. I am also purchasing the slatted matching foundation with 7" legs.

Also, I have lower back pain and shoulder/neck pain with my regular inner spring mattress which is firm as a rock.

I sleep mostly on my side and stomach but also sometimes on my back. (Maybe if I wasn't tossing and turning so much I'd settle on one position.)  When I was a child, I mostly slept on my side. I also watch TV and knit while sitting in bed.

I was also thinking I should get the layers split to make them easier for me to assemble. It's going to be just me setting it up, and just me (and 2 pugs) sleeping in it. I worry about being able to get the stuff inside with the weight and all.

So my questions are:
1- Should I go with Shaun's rec and get the blended product?
2- Does firm/medium/soft sound alright for my sleeping style, aches, and tv watching? Do you think it's too soft?
3- Will ordering it split, even though the same firmnesses, be easier for me to set up? (I also will have to "build" the slatted foundation they sell.)

Many thanks to those that can offer some advise.

Bonnie

PS-Does anyone here use an electric mattress pad or blanket with their latex mattress?
