HELP, back hurts on soft mattress and shoulders hurt on hard mattress!
| I have lost over $3,000 over the past year with mattresses and am getting fed up. I am a side sleeper and have tried to train myself to sleep on my back for months and it just isn't working. When I sleep on a soft bed, my lower back hurts. When I sleep on a firm bed, my back feels fine but my shoulders hurt. Anyone have any recommendations on a solution? THANK YOU! |
