About 4 months ago, i purchased a naturally bob's firm mattress from Bob's furniture. I got the firm because I pull my back out from time to time and figured a nice firm mattress would help. http://www.mybobs.com/Naturally_Bob.aspx I loved the mattress for the first month. It felt great and I had great sleeps. After about a month, it started to sag where I slept. I'm talking about a 1-2 inch drop and my firm mattress was no longer firm where I slept. I called bob's and they came out and took a look at it and agreed that something was wrong and replaced it for free with another mattress (the same kind, just a new one). They said it was a defect. Well, I got the new mattress and within about a month, it started sagging again and that's where I am now. I'm done with this company and their poor quality mattresses and i'm demanding my money back. So when I get my refund, i'm obviously going to need another mattress. I'm looking for the same thing I have right now, but one that obviously stays firm and doesn't sag. Could anyone make any recommendation? Thanks! |
