Latex Mattress in Boise, ID

The short version of a long story is that my wife is in Boise, ID for a few weeks and is looking for a new mattress. We live in southern New Mexico, so we aren't looking to buy in Idaho. While she is in Idaho, my wife would like to test out some of the Latex mattresses to feel the difference and hopefully talk to a knowledge salesman. She has gone to two stores, but the experience hasn't been so great. Anyone have some suggestions? Based on my lurking here, I expect Phoenix will have quite a list. Thank you in advance!
