Looking for the best value in a 100% Natural Talalay Latex Topper

I'm looking for the best value (cheapest & high quality :) in a 100% Natural Talalay Latex 3" Topper for a Cal King which will be going over a high quality but too firm mattress? 

We are mostly side sleepers -- I'm 6' and 180 lbs and my wife is around 130 lbs. -- is 16-18 IFD OK?

Suggestions?
