I just received my new Bella Sera Nove4 mattress from thenaturalsleepstore.com Everythings great but the bottom layer of latex is split medium/medium and not solid medium as I had ordered. The layers are Top: solid soft 2nd: soft split 3rd: medium split bottom: should be solid medium.
I realize that it should function the same as far as firmness but I was thinking that a solid bottom layer would provide more support to the mattress as a whole and keep things together/prevent seperating etc over time. I talked to customer service and they offered to A. send the correct solid sheet of latex with return label for the incorrect pieces B. give me $150 in store credit (I would probably have to spend a few hundred dollars to use it) C. $75 refund credit
I'm leaning towards just getting the correct layer that I ordered. Does that seem like a good choice or should I just take the $75 and keep what I have? |
There will be no perceptable difference in support whether the bottom layer is solid or split. I would take the $75 refund credit. |
