Hi I am buying my first mattress with the help of this forum. Thanks to all, who create their own mattress and share there experiences and skills with others (Specially BillB). I sleep on Ikea mattress pad, no foundation, no mattress it is on the floor (from 2 years). I have king size pillowtop mattress (from Nebraska Furniture mart) which is sagged and giving me shoulder and back pain. I spend lot of time on internet and read many pages of this forum then decided to go for latex and foam bed.Two days ago, I placed my order for 5" lux-R Foam (king) and 2" latex topper(king). thanks again |

| I received my mattress, the latex topper is king size (76*80) but my foam mattress is small, I called the company and they said wait for 24 to 48 hours. I want to know if this happen to anybody on this forum. I need assurance from someone. Thanks |

I will be able to let you know in hopefully a few days. I placed my order on Monday night, so I might get my foam by friday. If they are telling you to wait 24 to 48, they might be expecting the foam to take that long to come back to its original size after being vacuum packed. How much smaller is it? |

Wow, that is a big difference. I just got my foam today and all the pieces (HD36, LUX, and Latex) were all spot on 76 x 80 when measured after about 20 minutes after unwrapping the foam. I hope it works out for you, I am very pleased with what I received from Foam by Mail. I ordered Lux -HQ (2") and HD36-HQ (2") as opposed to the "R" series. Maybe that is the difference???????
