New Sealy Brogan Queen Like Iron Door - HELP

Two days ago, Sear's delivered a Sealy Brogan Queen mattress and the low-profile box spring. Needless to say, like an idiot we let them "haul off" the old set, which was 99.9% more comfortable than this nightmare - literally. Sleep can average less than 2 hours at a time; it feels like we're laying on the floor or an iron door. What is in these things? There can't be form; it's too thin - innerspring has always been best for our family but Sear's assurred us this would be wonderful. I've since read only 3 companies make (and re-make!) mattressess - is that true? Help. |

Did you lay on it before you bought it? Will they allow you to exchange it? These are important things to do prior to purchasing. Sears workers probably are not experts on mattress qualifying. You could do what everyone always suggests here. Buy the firmest mattress and add toppers to it. |
