Question about my new mattress

I just bought (week old) a Serta Queen Blvd mattress set from Big Lots. I noticed on the first day that the mattress was making subtle popping sounds when i would roll around in the middle of the mattress. It's been a week and I'm still hearing those sounds. Is this common with a new mattress?
I've also noticed that the mattress is a lot pudgier in middle as opposed to the sides where it is firm. And Yes, I do sleep in the middle.
The subtle popping sounds are somewhat worrisome and I was hoping you guys can give me your input.

| Yes, perfectly normal with a cheap Serta from Big Lots. It will get a lot worse with time. I'm sure it was a good deal. But if it doesn't last, makes noise, or isn't comfortable, then free isn't even a good deal. |
