1x SleepEZ 10000 or 3x 3" LI mattresses (from Sleeplikeabear)
Hi all, I'm in need of buying a new bed. My original choice was the SleepEZ 10,000 (Queen), but then I figured that I could probably save a little money by getting 3 LI Talatech mattresses from Sleeplikeabear (since I already have a good Queen-size mattress pad). At the end, I'll save about $160 or so. Is there any flaw in my line of thinking? Thanks. v. This message was modified Dec 8, 2009 by vaarium

I don't think so. What I would do is 1) Check the return policies for each company and see which one has the best return policy. 2) Check and see what kind of latex and what ILD is in the sleepez mattress. My inclination would be toward sleeplikeabear because you can order the precise ILDs you want, and idk how much flexibility there is in the sleepez mattress. |

The Sleepez comes with a zipper cover. I think you would want that in addition to a mattress pad. The cover helps hold the pieces together better and probably probably reduces the wear as well. As Kimberely said, check the return policies. |

The one thing I really like about sleepez is this: "You can customize, at no extra charge, for a his and her firmness with split layers." I'm assuming you can do this with any size mattress? It says that here: http://www.sleepez.com/latex-mattresses.htm |

Yes, Flobeds does this too. You might want to add Flobeds to your list. Both Flobeds and Sleeplikeabear have zippered mattress covers as well . . . |

Hi Kimberly and Sandman, I ended up ordering from Sleeplikeabear. Thanks you two for all the advice. v. |
