Bought a new Corsicana mattress, wondering if there is something wrong
| Hello. I just went to my local mattress firm and bought a Mattress Firm Direct Ambition PIllow Top mattress which is made by Corsicana. The price came out to be $382 not including tax. When I brought it back home and propped it on top of my old box / foundation, I saw that it was significantly shorter than my old mattress, by 4 inches or maybe a little more. Is this normal to have varying sizes for mattresses? I am only about 5'7" and I frequently touch the edges of the bed or my feet hang off half way out when I am sleeping sideways stretched out. The tag says it is 74" long and I am not sure how that compares to normal full size mattresses. |

| Full mattresses are generally 75" long. Width sometimes varies from 54" to 53", but it should be 75" long. If it says 74" (and that sounds skimpy in itself) but it isn't complain to the store manager. He should replace it. |
