Buying a Mattress Online
I have been shopping beds in my local stores for about 2 weeks, and like models from Sealy, Tempur-Pedic, International Bedding, and Serta. I can find some of these beds on the internet for a little cheaper price from some large national retailers but have never ordered anything large like this online. I am asking for anyones help, the pros and cons, of any internet retailers that the board members have had experience with.
Thank you |
Re: Buying a Mattress Online
When I purchased my comforpedic last month, I tested it out in stores & then bought from an online seller. Got a much better price than I coudl have in a brick & mortar store. The seller I bought from made it easy to see the different names that each level of mattress went by, which made it a bit easier to compare price. |
Re: Buying a Mattress Online
I like the fact that you don't get hassled by a slick salesperson like what happens when you're in an actual store. Plus usually you can buy mattresses cheaper when you get them online. For those reasons alone, I think online is the way to go. I would make sure though that there is a good return policy in place before you buy just in case the mattress doesn't happen to work out. |
