i got new mattress 400.00 dicount price with not a lot of foam in it  and the free frame that they give you  it is a queen size i set it up but the steel frame does not have a support beam that go's down the middle , so could that be why i have problems  would purchasing a better frame that the boxspring sit's in  with better support  keep it from sinking in the middle, anyone that can help please help. thanks.

You could always put it on the floor to see if it still sinks in the middle. Then you would know if it was the frame or the matter.

Yes, I think you need center support on a queen size bed. It was a warranty requirement for my mattress. The longer you wait, the more damage you will be doing to your mattress. You might be able to improve your current frame if you are handy/inventive.
