Latex pillow recommendations to go with latex mattress?

Looking for the best latex pillow and first thought was to check with Sleepez. They have two versions, but can't decide which one would be better for side sleepers. Anyone tried their pillows?

I agree that the ability to adjust it, by taking out the shredded latex, is a great option. That is the only feature I wish I also had on my shredded Natura pillow. However, mine seems to have about the right fill level, so it has not been an issue for me. Yes, there are a few other places on the internet that sell the adjustable shredded latex. I was going to buy one until I decided to try the Natura one at Costco. I liked the wool cover and figured I could return it if it was not the right fit.
