Other than during the initial 30-90 testing period, my experience is that the warrantee is worthless even with top of the line manufactureres. The standard for what they consider defective is so extreme that you would have given up sleeping on the mattress long before it gets bad enough for them to take it back.

I understand.  I hated the pressure of going into mattress stores.  I decided after the few I went to, that I wanted memory foam and not a salesperson from a furniture store.  That is when I sarted looking online.  I must say my experience with both companies I purchased from went really well.  Good luck and I know what yor going through it's very hardd.  Gizzy
