If you were to convolute two 28 ILD latex toppers (essentially removing half of the latex and eliminating the surface tension), one talalay blend and one dunlop, would they feel similar to one another?  Or would the dunlop processed topper still feel firmer?

A 28 ILD Dunlop latex feels as firm as a 36 ILD Talalay, convoluted or not.

Is this a riddle, or a trick question?  Don't get it.

Yes, and you win a prize for the correct answer!  Seriously, I was wondering if "convoluting" the latex would soften it to the extent that talalay and dunlop toppers of the same ILD would feel almost identical.  The consensus seems to be "no", so it appears I have my answer smiley
