Anyone who has bought this one and used it for some time that helped him make a definite conclusion about this mattress, PLEASE REPLY?

AND if you have a low back pain due to herniated disc, and have been using this CELESTE mattress set for some time, let me know if it helped your low back pain?

Do you get good restful sleep without tossing and turning all night (tossing and turning only due to mattress set being uncomfortable not due to low back pain) ?

I wake up feeling like been in hell on my Sealy Posterpedic plush mattress.
Wake up with aching parts all over the body and always very very tired due to this Sealy mattress.

thanks for kind help.

Are you going to start a new thread about EVERY mattress that you become interested in?  The ONLY way to find out if a mattress is suitable for YOU is to sleep on it . . the experience of others is irrelevant.

I did try the Celeste for a while.  It did seem like a high quality mattress.  The 5 lb. memory on top seemed fairly supportive, unlike some other memory foams (felt similiar to TP).  In the end, I returned it because it was too firm for me.  I am not sure exactly why.  I assume the 10" foam base was very firm, so it would not give much.  The 2" of latex might have been pretty firm as well.   I did not want to add a topper, because it was already 14" high.  I had it on a 9" platform/box spring.

I would preferred it designed a little differently for me.  I would use 6-8" of base foam instead.  I would probably add 1-2" of softer latex above the firmer latex.  In the end, that is why customization is important if you are fairly particular.  It did not sleep hot for me, possibly because it was so firm.  It had some odor, but did not bother me much after a couple of days.

There are about 4 reviews on the Costco website (including the one that comes with the foundation).  I think 3 also say it was pretty firm, so I don't think I am alone in my opinion.  It is possible it would have softened up a bit, but I did not want to wait for that.

They have a 13", which I worry would be too soft, because it uses a lot of memory foam.  Then 10" might be a good compromise (4 lb. memory foam though, so maybe not as supportive as the 5 lb.?), and it is short enough that you can add an inch or 2 if you desire.

If you like a pretty firm mattress you might like it.  Obviously a great return policy at Costco.
