SleepEz 13000 Concern

I just received my SleepEz 13000 in eastern King. I have it set up on a traditional box spring with the organic cover. My wife is 100 pounds and I am 190. Shaun recommended XF F M S for both sides. I am surprised at how firm the bed feels. I am going to call Shaun next week to see how to fix this. I am sleeping ok, but I do wake up with lower back pain. My wife thinks the bed is too hard, but she doesn't have any pain.
Anyone have any ideas for the best setup so I don't have to ship a lot of latex back to Phoenix?

Thanks for the info. We slept on a 10 year old innerspring Original Mattress Factory mattress with a cheap foam topper on it. Maybe sleeping on worn out junk for so long has tainted my back.
I'll give it 2 weeks like you guys say. FYI it is the Talalay blend mattress. |
