Is there an inexpensive way for now to prevent more moisture problems with memory foam mattress?
We are not in a position where we can get the mattress protector right now because of financial circumstances. Does anyone have any suggestions to solve the moisture problem at least until we can afford to get one so we do not completely ruin our mattress? I am posing this as a separate question. Hopefully, that is ok. |

I tried doing a bit of research and found this at walmart. I am not sure what size mattress you have or what amount of money you have available, but this may be feasible. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Quiet-Comfort-Waterproof-Mattress-Pad/7811155 |

Thank you Pete. We might have to wait a few weeks but that looks like a really good choice. It has great reviews. And yes, you were right about everything with the mattress situation the warranty is probably voided. All I can do now is make the best out of it. |

I was hoping I wasnt right for your sake. I searched multiple sites for you and that was the cheapest one with the best reviews. There are cheaper ones but only get 1-2 star reviews. If you do a web search, there are ways to clean your bed which you should probably do before you apply the protector. That way you can maintain the beds "freshness" for years to come. Once again sorry for your experience, I havent had too good of one either with mattress shopping this time around. Next time I am sticking with mom and pop stores such as Verlo. |
