There's a App for that. Proof that I'm not sleeping well.
I have been experimenting with a Iphone App called Sleep Cycle which is a bio-alarm clock that analyzes your sleep patterns and wakes you when you are in the lightest sleep phase. Although mainly an alarm clock it does a pretty good job of showing my sleep patterns. Every time I toss and turn it records on my Iphone and gives me a report in the morning. This is where it sits on my bed. This is my sleep pattern from last night on my two year old Simmons Beauty Rest. As you can see I toss and turn every about every hour. I would be curious to see what other peoples charts look like who are sleeping on latex mattresses. Although not completely scientific I'm sure it would show some interesting results. I don't need an app I know I wake up all the time, I just know it!!! |

Very interesting App, and for only .99 it'd be fun to try if I had an iPhone. On a similar note check out the Zeo™ Personal Sleep Coach on Tempur-pedic's site for 349.00: <a href="http://www.tempurpedic.com/accessories/home_office/zeo_personal_sleep_coach/"target="_blank">link</a> . For that price I could buy an iPhone, the Sleep Cycle app, and about 48 other .99 cool apps. |

You really need a sleep doc to analyze that chart. It could mean something completely different than what you think. |
