Ok, So I bought 3 layers of 2.8" latex.  Not sure of the ILD's but they have Sleep EZ tags and I was told that they were xfirm, firm, and medium.  We are very happy with the assembly right now, but we want to put a little more softness on the top layer, just a little bit of cushion.  We are also looking for a way to enlose the mattress layers.

So the question is... Is the best route to go with a regular zipper cover and then add something like Costco's cuddle bed?  Or is it better to add 1 or 2 inches of soft latex and then cover the whole thing in terry cloth.... Or someother idea?  What do you think?

I would do it with the Dormier Mattress cover.  It will add a little soft layer and hold it all together.
