So My friend bought this mattress from sams club and it is called something like white knight? It say sit is organic latex and only God knows what that means lol.  and he does not like it and so I asked him If could try it he said yes. So here I am trying it. This is a dunlop organic mattress and it is something like this, the  bottom layer is 6 inch and is 28-32 ILd and is zoned, next layer above it is 2 inch of 24 ILd and then there is only 1 inch of 19 Ild layer. I thought this was going to be a soft one. But man it is so firm and I am having a difficult time sleeping on it. I would like to know if I could get a memory foam or a soft latex to put on this thing and make it habitable.

My friend is willing to seel me this at a discount that is making it attractive deal Now only If I could make it work.

what do you guys think. Do  I need a memory foam or  soft latex on top of this stuff?

I would use soft talalay latex, 14, 15 or 19, one inch at a time.  If you use memory foam, don't exceed one inch.  I've tried 2 inches and it didn't work for me.  I've got all latex now.
