My rhapsody tempurpedic mattress seems to be cratering in center upper part of the mattress!

It is only a small impression which is only slightly deep but nonetheless this is not what I expected.

I only slept on it! Did nothing else.

Thiis is totally unexpected development.

What should I do?

Thanks.

Hey Roy,

How does the mattress feel in that spot?  Is it way softer than the surrounding areas?

Yes Budgy. It is softer in that part then other areas.

What should I do?

My mattress is sitting on the tempurpedic Iron rails so I don't know why this has happened.

I am still in the 3 month trial return time.

Please help. Thanks.

Is it from sleeping on your side, shoulder pressure perhaps?  I can't imagine memory foam having an indentation that doesn't return to flat in that short period of time.  I guess I'd return it.

its probably a barely noticeable indentation other than the softness.  but that is what memory foam does....I think if you could not handle it being any softer than it is than you should excercise your right to return it.
