Should I get a new mattress?

Recently, i just bought the Stearn's & Foster Estate Collection king size mattress from Sleepy's. It is a lux firm mattress w/ 1" of memory foam. After a few days, I've noticed some deep body impressions on my side of the bed. I'm 5' 7" - 160lbs, my gf is 5' 95 lbs. I have a few weeks to make decision if I want to keep it or not, but I'm kinda hesitant. Is it really that difficult to find a good mattress?

If I decide to exchange it, what you guys recommend? I'm looking for a mattress that has good support but has alittle softness. Probably, in between a firm and a plush mattress. I'm hesitant getting another mattress that has memory foam b/c of the sinkage. Will I get the same depressions w/ innerspring mattresses w/ latex foam?

Here are my options:

1. Stearns & foster w/ latex foam instead of memory foam
2. Sealy Spring-free or temper-pedic mattress - (I toss and turn alot in bed)
3. Sealy firm mattress w/ latex topper

Any other ideas?

If I exchange, it must be from the Sleepy's store and of equal or greater value than the Stearn's & Foster (+2k).
It doesn't make much sense getting a cheaper mattress.
