I'm going to buy a 2" latex topper and wondered if you just lay it on the mattress by itself or is it wise to buy a zippered bag to hold it in place?

Any sources for these bags?

thanks in advance...

Depending on your preferences and budget, a <a href="http://www.cuddledown.com/product/mattress-pads-protectors/mattress-pads/plush-wool-fleece-pad.do?sortby=ourPicks">wool fleece pad</a> with stretch skirting might be an option.

For maximum life it is a good idea, but on the other hand I have had mine unzipped as part of my layers of foam for at least 5 years and it seems to be fine.

But yeah, cover it...
