Simmons Pemberton Mattress - is this a good one?

Hi I am looking to purchase a Simmons Pemberton Plush pillowtop King Mattress from Macy's. I am a side sleeper so need a more plush mattress. I currently have a luxury firm that is way too hard and makes my body ache each day. Mattress says it has 1,024 coil density and 15.5 coil gauge. Is this good? What is PurFoam? I also had a bed that had too much pillowtop and made huge dents even after 30 days. Will this mattress sag and have body impressions? Thanks! |

| If it's a pillowtop, then yes is will show where you sleep. I believe that is the idea. Soft foams conforming to your body. If your expecting it not to show impressions then buy a bed with minimal foam layers and add/replace toppers as necessary. I overheard a sales gal once at a mattress place say this; 'If your bed doesn't show where you lay in 6 months, give us a call, there's something wrong with it'. It was a pillowtop. |
