About 1 month ago I called 1800 number for TP and they said they would send a packet that includes a sample, a DVD and some other material. And they said I should get it in 1-2 weeks time.
Well I got it today. After 4 weeks! All it is a 2 small piece of pamphlets. 1 is 2 sided plain ad. Other is a small colored pamphlet.
There is no DVD, no sample.
TP customer service is a disappointment. very sad they say one thing they don't send it.
may be it will be like their WARRANTY. THE TP WILL SOFTEN UP AND LOSE SUPPORT BUT THAT IS NOT COVERED. WHEN IT SOFTENS AS IT WILL AS OTHER SAID YOU MIGHT BE FEEL LIKE SLEEPING IN CRATER. THEN YOU WILL CALL TP ONLY TO FIND THAT SOFTENING IS NOT COVERED! IT MAY FEEL HOT IN SUMMER AND HARD IN WINTER. It may then feel like a big messy steaming or cold piece of foam.

Well, Iooked at make up of TPs. They are only a few inches of VISCO FOAM OVER MANY INCHES OF CHEAP POLYURETHANE FOAM. That is all. |

Weird. We got a smaple and DVD with ours. BTW, not all PU foam is "cheap". After all, memory foam is a type of polyurethane foam. But, yeah, you have legitimate concerns about MF mattresses in general, not just TP-branded ones. |
