What is the return policy of tempurpedics? Will I have to load the mattress/foundation into a truck and return it to the store or will the store send someone to take the return back? and who would pay the return charges? are there any restocking fees too? thanks This message was modified May 17, 2010 by roy1

We got ours at Brookstone. Not sure if they still sell them or if it's an individual store thing. Just ask around. They delivered ours and came and got ours. Cost us around $100-$150 I think for the shipping BUT we also got a credit of $100 for trying it so it wasn't a bad deal... Ask around at various dealers to see what their deal is. They know some people will return them so it's no big deal. |

| Roy - You can also buy directly from Tempurpedic's website. They have a 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. There are coupon codes for free shipping and free pillows, I believe. But, you will have to search for those. I'm not sure about sales tax for your location. |
