Trying to decide between the Tempurpedic Rhapsody or the Contour Select

HI,

Wife and I have decided to buy a Tempurpedic.  We went to a local Sleepys and they pretty much felt the same. I was under the impression that the Contour Select was the higher model until I saw the price and see the Rhaspody is about $800 more.  I dont mind spending the extra $, but just want to make sure I get the best bed. Wife sleeps on her stomach and I'm a side sleeper.  I did read somewhere that the Rhapsody sleeps a bit warmer then the Contour.  I'd be curious what others think about these two models. My current spring model has been giving me a lot of sleepless nights, waking up with lower back pain.  Looking foward to getting the right bed.

Thanks

David

Hard to tell you what one will work best for you.  The Rhapsody has the cooler sleeping cover on it.  They should have told you that.  Try them both out for longer periods of time.  I have the pillowtop version of the Rhapsody (Allura).  Just make sure you get the right one.  These beds last a very long time.

I do know of people that have the Rhapsody and love it.  As far as sleeping warm, if your a warm sleeper you may have to adjust the weight of your comforter.  I travel a lot and notice no temperature difference from innerspring as opposed to the Tempur.
