two twins to reduce movement?

hi everyone,

i'm a very sensitive sleeper, and i haven't had much luck sleeping in the same bed as my partner, lately. I've decided that putting two twins together, to replace our king mattress, would erase movement displacement (the slight shaking that accompanies his movement, and that for some reason wakes me up!). Is this true? Thanks for any comments!

I don't see why not...they used to do it in the movies all the time  LOL!  Two extra long twins are the same size as a CA king.    Beds that don't have motion transfer are pocketed coils, latex and foam beds.  With other innersprings there can be motion transfer.    This way you could each have the bed you liked.
