What to expect dealing with Temperpedic warranty?

I have a Temperpedic prima medium firm mattress I've been lying on on for the past two years. I would say for the last year or so the mattress has been giving me back and shoulder pains and has been a torture to sleep on. The mattress has become very soft and doesn't support my weight and has enough sag for discomfort. This past weekend a mattress tech was sent out from a local retailer in the MA area which I won't disclose. He measured over a 1 inch dip in the mattress. I called the retailer to get a follow up to see if they made any decision and they tell me now, a termperpedic tech needs to come and perform the test.<br>Has anyone here had any experience dealing with warranty issues when it comes to dealing with temperpedic?
