We purchased the Serta iComfort a few weeks ago - and I'm trying to research a softer mattress. I wake up sore and in more pain than I did on the mattress we got rid of. This mattress has not softened up at all and I don't know what to do. Also - it smelled so bad for 2 weeks after we got it...
