I did get the hybrid from Cosco and have had it for about 90 days. The mattress appears to have pretty good quality but I found it is 10" rather than 11". The base foam appears to be 6" rather 7" as described. I sent Sleep Science an email suggesting they revise their description on their web...

I'm also interested in any reviews on the hybrid sleep science from Costco. Found a few old reviews at http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11677713 FYI. Debating between the Novaform Serafina or the Hybrid Sleep Science. Suggestions/opinions appreciated.
