Thoughts on bamboo pillows & mattresses?

I've been thinking about upgrading my bedroom with some bamboo pillows or maybe even a mattress. Has anyone out there tried these bamboo sleep products? I'm really curious about how they feel and if they hold up well over time. Your thoughts would mean a lot to me in making the right choice

I've heard good things about bamboo pillows, especially those with shredded memory foam!
They're often praised for being cooler than traditional memory foam which is a big plus for hot sleepers.
