Bought foambymail latex - back compatibility question

Hello -

Reading these posts has been very instructive, so thanks to everyone for that.  I bought the foambymail 6 inch firm latex mattress with the 2 inch soft topper (Queen size).  I am 5'9", 195 lbs.  When I first laid on it, I was surprised by how much the latex seemed to push on my back and completely fill in the area under my spine.  I thought, wow, this is really supportive and should be great.  After 10 minutes or so, there was a low-level ache in my lower back.  After 30 minutes it became so noticeable that I couldn't really remain in that position.  I find it quite comfortable on my side or stomach, but every time I lay on my back I get the achy back.  I've slept on it for 5 nights and it hasn't changed.  Does anyone think this will go away with use or is this the problem many have mentioned where some people just can't sleep on latex?
