Bought foambymail latex - back compatibility question
Hello - Reading these posts has been very instructive, so thanks to everyone for that. I bought the foambymail 6 inch firm latex mattress with the 2 inch soft topper (Queen size). I am 5'9", 195 lbs. When I first laid on it, I was surprised by how much the latex seemed to push on my back and completely fill in the area under my spine. I thought, wow, this is really supportive and should be great. After 10 minutes or so, there was a low-level ache in my lower back. After 30 minutes it became so noticeable that I couldn't really remain in that position. I find it quite comfortable on my side or stomach, but every time I lay on my back I get the achy back. I've slept on it for 5 nights and it hasn't changed. Does anyone think this will go away with use or is this the problem many have mentioned where some people just can't sleep on latex? Thanks! ChrisL |
