The moment of truth. Overstock.com or foambymail?

Our new bed came - nothing fancy, just a decent innerspring super firm with minimum of foam to settle, which the nice little mom and pop mattress store said was a particularly good buy.,  So now it is time to stop endlessly speculating, and actually buy some latex to soften it.

Overstock.com and foambymail seem to have the others beat by such a margin that I just can't resist them. Overstock is a bit cheaper (especially for the oddball 1-1/2" thickness, but foambymail promised me they will send a full sized piece, and offers a 10 year non-prorated guarantee against the stuff settling, which sounds pretty good.

Any thoughts?

Oh and it is my plan to order the stuff a layer at a time until I am happy, starting with some 19 or 20 ILD (I am a side sleeper with bad shoulders). Should I start with 1", 1-1/2" or 2". The 1-1/2" is only $30 more than the 1", while the 2" is almost double, which makes it pretty tempting.

\BTW, I was pleasantly surprised how the local M&P mattress shop blew away the huge new Sleepy's when it came to price. When I told the Sleepy's salesman the price they'd quoted me, he tried to convince me I must be confused, then said "Go buy it". We found the same thing true with major appliances. We have a little local shop that can undersell any of the big chains, and give terrific service on top.
